I was born and raised in Israel and currently live and work in Los Angeles.
I am a former professional dancer and an Awareness Through Movement therapist. I received my visual art education in Israel.
It included sculpture, painting, calligraphy, and printmaking. In the last few years, I became interested in Photography.
When I create I play around like a child. I experiment without any specific plan in mind and work without any thoughts about the outcome. I love the unknown and the unexpected. Regardless of the medium, I use I am always interested in the process. I love to play around with colors, lines, shapes, patterns, marks, and textures. I also love to use different and unusual tools.
I draw, cover, wipe, scratch, remove, spill, and peel until the painting reveals itself to me.
I create from a preverbal authentic place. My goal is to draw the viewer in, keep him interested and evoke an emotional reaction.
